Telluric correction

Three different measurements live here and they are not comparable as numbers, so they are not stacked in one column. The solar legs score the fraction of a registered telluric band driven below half continuum; the stellar legs score the D1 residual at pixels molecfit calls telluric-dominated and the star's own line list calls clean; a STATE row is a determination, not a correction, and carries no before/after because nothing was corrected.
